What is the JUCO MAIN EVENT?
The Florida Prospect Baseball 10th Annual JUCO Main Event is a yearly opportunity for high school and college transfers to cultivate a relationship with a coach from over 20 Junior Colleges in attendance. This three-day recruiting event will host a variety of opportunities and situations for players to showcase their talents in both prostyle and game settings. Florida Junior College Baseball is one of the most competitive landscapes in all of college baseball and this event will host nearly all schools from the state. This list will include powerhouse programs like College of Central Florida, Miami Dade College, Northwest Florida State College, State College of Florida just to name a few.
The JUCO Main Event has had great success in helping prospective student athletes find a school to call home. This baseball showcase will offer you ultimate exposure and a true chance to showcase your talents. Our approach is, put the players in a realistic scenario to evaluate their talent and give them a chance to get to know the coaches. All players will go through a traditional Prostyle Workout for our coaches to get a glimpse of what they can do and identify any players they would like to follow. Along with the prostyle portion coaches will be able to meet with players during positional defensive sessions to get a better understanding of what the player can do at their defensive position. Aside from the on-field time we set aside time for the players to go around and meet with coaches and ask questions about their respective programs. Many players don’t have any experience in talking one on one with a college coach and we feel that it is very important for the players to feel comfortable in speaking with a college baseball coach. On top of all these opportunities for recruiting this event will have two simulated games for the coaches to watch the players perform on the diamond. These are just some of the facts that make the JUCO Main Event the premier Junior College Baseball Showcase in the State of Florida.

- 5:30 PM CHECK IN AT THE ACADEMY FOR PITCHERS SESSION
Arriving before 5:30 PM is fine, but at 5:30 PM players and staff will head to field and stretch and prepare

This event is $75 for POs and you will throw a bullpen in front of our staff and your bullpen will be tracked with our metrics and will be recorded and provided for every single coach who is attending our event. However, you have the opportunity to earn an invite to pitch on Sunday in front of all 20+ of our coaches in a game setting. No additional charge
